About NEDA Seashore Point Phase 2
Construction of Phase 2 of the project following the successful construction of the first phase, with work to include a new, 46,622 sq.ft. addition, 16,250 sq.ft. parking garage, 34 private residential units, support and recreational spaces, and administrative areas. The work was performed alongside the existing, occupied Phase 1 facility.
