About The Groves in Lincoln
The Groves in Lincoln is located off Route 2 in eastern Massachusetts. Delphi Construction constructed the new active adult community for Masonic Health System and Deaconess Abundant Life Communities. The project, which includes a main building with 100 resident suites, a 30-unit rental building and 38 independent living cottages spread out over the 35 acre site, was completed on schedule and budget.
Delphi worked with the Owner, the project architects, the Town of Lincoln and various agencies to facilitate an effective delivery of this important community improvement project.
