The Marc Condominiums, 25-29 Isabella Street, Boston MA is the conversion of former Marist House religious residences and offices to nine high end luxury condominiums.

The scope of work involves removing the existing interior wood structure while supporting the brick exterior walls. Work also includes removing 3-5 feet of fill below the basement level to create a parking garage below the structure. The existing four and five story buildings are currently three addresses and will be converted into one building with a common elevator/stair & lobby core. The work at the 25,000 square foot project began in November of 2017 and is on track for June 2019 completion.
