MASHPEE, MA, May 2, 2019- Multi-Market Construction Management firm Delphi Construction announced today the completion of construction on Noquochoke Village, a $15 million affordable housing development in Westport Massachusetts. The project is owned by The Community Builders Inc. (TCB), a leading nonprofit real estate developer, owner and manager of affordable and mixed income housing.
