Delphi Construction was selected to assist the owner and design team with preconstruction services early on, to ensure the project met client expectations. Value engineering options were explored, a phased project schedule was developed, and Delphi assisted in obtaining state approvals for project accessibility requirements.
During the construction phases of the project, Delphi adjusted work sequencing to assist the owner with their scheduling requirements for the new and existing spaces. Impact to ongoing client operations was eliminated
