About NEDA Newbury Commons
New England Deaconess Association called upon Delphi Construction, as a trusted construction management company, to exhibit their skills in creating a quality building while keeping costs down to an affordable price. The project is a second phase of an extensive construction program on NEDA’s main campus in Concord, Massachusetts.
Working closely with New England Deaconess and the project architects, EGA, Delphi was able to obtain a certificate of occupancy thirty days ahead of the schedule completion date, while maintaining the project budget.
