About Sisters of Saint Margaret Residence
Delphi Construction was selected to construct the new multi-use residence for the Sisters of Saint Margaret, in part, owing to Delphi’s strong presence on Cape Cod. Bringing together the right subcontractors and vendors was key to completing the challenging project, which included such unique features as a 2-story indoor waterfall feature, renewable energy solar power systems, geothermal heating and cooling systems, and reclaimed wood products for the flooring.
The Sisters plan on having Delphi continue work at their Duxbury Campus with plans to renovate and expand their existing century old Conference Center.
