About Surgi-Care
Surgi-Care, Inc. purchased an existing building in Waltham and had a need to consolidate three individual operations into the new space. Delphi was able to provide budgeting, scheduling and permitting services as components to their Design/Build services which allowed the project to receive proper financing and begin construction.
Surgi-Care had not constructed a new facility in 20 years and Delphi was able to facilitate the process by presenting critical path decisions to the company with various options. The result is a new corporate office which includes a state of the art laboratory, exam areas, locker facilities and product distribution.
